1. Who I am

This site is operated by Neon, trading as "Neon's Editing Shop" ("Neon", "I", "me"). I provide shortform video editing services to customers ("you"). You can contact me at NeonGorillaTag@gmail.com or on Discord (Neon.Saber). I operate on Eastern Time.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, my Privacy Policy and my Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

3. Who can use it

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this site.
• If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to place an order, and the person paying must be allowed to use the payment method.
• You need to log in with Google or Discord to order. The email on that login must be one you check, because your order confirmation goes there.

4. Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on the site and again at checkout.
• You pay through Stripe using its own secure form (Stripe's card form may be shown inside the order page). I never see or store your card number.
• An order only goes through after the payment provider confirms your payment. If the payment is declined or doesn't finish, no order is placed.
• Your payment provider may add its own fees, currency conversion or taxes. Those are set by them, not me.
• I can change prices at any time, but never for an order that is already confirmed.

5. Materials you provide

You provide your clips (uploaded, or as a link) and a description of the video you want. You confirm that:

• You are responsible for any copyright claim, strike, muted audio or demonetization on YouTube, TikTok or any other platform.
• Your clips and description don't contain anything illegal, hateful, sexual, threatening or harassing, and don't show private information about other people.
• Your link stays working until I have delivered your video.

I may decline or stop any order at my discretion, for example where the content breaks these terms.

6. Delivery and changes

• When your payment is confirmed, I email you an order confirmation with your order details (please check your spam folder). I send the finished video the way you picked on the order page: to your email, to your Discord, or somewhere else you told me. Any delivery times given are estimates only.
• Every order includes up to two free revisions, requested on Discord. Revisions cover the order you paid for; additional videos or a new concept count as a new order.
• Results depend on the footage you provide. I do not guarantee any particular outcome, including views, followers or earnings.

7. Final sales, no refunds

• All orders are final, non-refundable, and include up to two free revisions. Once your payment goes through, it can't be refunded or cancelled.
• By paying, you accept this policy. Please review your order carefully before paying.
• If there is a problem with your video, contact me with your order ID and I will review it.
• Please contact me before opening a payment dispute so that I can resolve the issue directly.

8. Who owns what

• You keep ownership of your footage and of the finished video. You give me permission to use your footage only to make your video, and to keep working files for a while so I can make fixes.
• I will not publish your finished video as an example of my work without your permission.
• The site itself (design, text, code and graphics) belongs to Neon or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

9. Not affiliated

Neon's Editing Shop is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Another Axiom, Gorilla Tag, Adobe, YouTube, TikTok, Google, Stripe or Discord. Those names and logos belong to their owners. Their own rules (like game, video platform and music rules) apply to what you post.

10. Using the site properly

You may not spam the order form, use automated tools, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, scrape it, or submit false or harmful content. I may block any user who does.

11. Links and embeds

The site links to and can embed other sites (YouTube, TikTok, Stripe, file-sharing sites you choose). I don't control them and aren't responsible for them. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

12. No guarantees, and limits on liability

• The site and service are provided "as is" and "as available". I do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost views, followers, revenue or opportunities, or for problems caused by other platforms or services.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that can't be limited.

13. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms and the date at the top will change. If the change is important, I'll ask you to agree again when you next enter the site. Orders already confirmed stay under the terms they were placed under.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Neon is based. Before taking any formal step, please contact me so that we can try to resolve the matter informally.

1. Who is responsible

Neon, trading as "Neon's Editing Shop", is responsible for the information described here. Contact: NeonGorillaTag@gmail.com or Discord Neon.Saber.

2. What I collect

What you give me when you order:

• Your name and email address, from your Google or Discord login.
• Your Discord username, if you add one.
• The clips you upload (or the link to them), and what you wrote about the video you want.
• Messages you send me in the support chat. They're saved with your account so we can both see the conversation.
• Messages in the support chat and to Opal are checked automatically on my server before they're sent, to block slurs, threats, sexual stuff, spam, and card numbers or passwords. If one is blocked, it isn't sent. I keep a short copy with the bad words starred out (card numbers and passwords are never kept) so I can see what was blocked. Three blocked messages in a day pauses that account's chats for 24 hours.
• What you picked (package, number of videos, extras).
• An order ID, the time of the order, and whether the payment was confirmed.

When you log in (needed to order and to use the support chat): your Google or Discord account id, the verified email on that account, and your display name. A Discord login also gives me your Discord username. No password is ever shared with me. I use them to put your name and email on your orders, to show you your orders, to make sure each account gets one free short, to send you the video, and to know who I'm talking to in the support chat. Orders you place while logged in, or with the same email, are linked to your account. A login cookie keeps you signed in for 30 days, and "Log out" on the account or order page clears it.

What happens automatically:

• Your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to stop spam and abuse of the order form. It isn't saved with your order.
• Your browser stores a few small settings on your own device (see the Cookie Policy).

What I don't collect: your card number or bank details. You enter those into Stripe's own secure form, which sends them straight to Stripe. I only get confirmation that a payment happened and its amount.

3. Why I use it

• To make your video and send it to you.
• To confirm your payment and match it to your order.
• To email you an order confirmation once your payment is confirmed, and to send you your finished video the way you picked. I don't send marketing emails.
• To answer questions, make fixes, and handle payment disputes.
• To keep the site safe and stop spam and fraud.
• To keep basic records of orders.

If you live somewhere that requires a legal reason (like the EU or UK), mine are: carrying out your order (contract), keeping the site safe and keeping records (legitimate interests), and your choice for optional embeds (consent).

4. Who I share it with

• Stripe processes your payment. It gets what you enter on its page and has its own privacy policy.
• Google and Discord only if you choose to log in. They tell me who you are, and they have their own privacy policies.
• Email and chat services (such as Gmail and Discord) are used to send your order confirmation and your video, and to talk with you. Your email address, name and order details go through my email provider to do that.
• YouTube and TikTok only when their content loads: thumbnails and players if you choose "accept all", or a single video when you tap play on it. They can then collect information, such as your IP address, under their own policies. With "essential only", nothing from them loads until you tap play.
• Anthropic runs Opal, the AI helper on this site. Only if you use it: your questions and Opal's earlier answers in that chat go to Anthropic to write each answer. I don't save Opal chats on my server. Anthropic has its own privacy policy.
• Fly.io hosts this site. Clips you upload on the order page are stored on its servers in the US, only so I can make your video.
• The file site you pick (Google Drive, Dropbox, MEGA and similar), if you send a link instead of uploading, holds your clips. That is between you and them.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

I do not sell your personal information, and I don't share it for advertising.

5. How long I keep it

I keep order details for as long as needed to deliver the order, make fixes, handle disputes, and keep basic business records. After that I delete them. I delete your clips and working files after your order is finished and any fixes are done. Uploaded clips are deleted from the server automatically 30 days after you pay, or after 2 days if the order is never paid.

6. Your choices and rights

• Ask what I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, by emailing NeonGorillaTag@gmail.com. I will respond within 30 days where possible. I may need to keep some records the law requires.
• Change your cookie choice any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
• Remove what's stored on your device: use "Clear my details" on the order page, or clear this site's data in your browser.
• If you're in the EU, UK or California (or somewhere with similar laws), you may also have rights to object, restrict, move your data or complain to your local privacy authority. I don't sell or share personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of there.

7. Children

You must be 13 or older to use this site. I don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission before ordering. If you think a child under 13 sent me information, email me and I'll delete it.

8. Security

Payments happen on Stripe's secure page, and private settings and keys stay on the server, never in your browser. No system is completely secure, so please do not send passwords or identification numbers.

9. Where information is processed

Neon is based in the United States, so information may be processed and stored there, and by the services listed above, which may use servers in other countries.

10. Changes

If I change this policy, the date at the top changes. For important changes I'll ask you to agree again the next time you enter the site.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies and similar tools (like "local storage") are small bits of data a website saves in your browser. This page covers both.

2. Essential storage (always on)

These keep the site working. They stay on your device and are not used to track you.

3. Embedded media

If you choose "accept all", the site loads video thumbnails and players from YouTube (I use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com player) and video embeds from TikTok. With "essential only", none of this loads until you tap play on a specific video, and then only that video loads. Those companies can set their own cookies and collect information under their own policies:

• Google / YouTube privacy policy
• TikTok privacy policy

If you choose "essential only", none of that loads. Video buttons simply open YouTube or TikTok in a new tab instead.

4. Payment pages

When you pay, Stripe's card form loads on the order page from Stripe (js.stripe.com), or you go to Stripe's own page. Stripe may use its own cookies for payments and fraud checks, which I don't control. See their policies for details.

5. No advertising or analytics

I don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools on this site.

6. Your choices

• Pick "accept all" or "essential only" on the welcome screen.
• Change your mind any time with Cookie settings (also at the bottom of every page). Changing it reloads the page.
• Clear everything in your browser's settings under site data. The site will ask you again next visit.
