The short version: you pick what you want, you pay, I make the video and send it to your email. You need the rights to the clips and music you send. I don't guarantee views, followers or monetization. If something goes wrong, talk to me first and I'll make it right.

1. Who I am

This site is run by one person: me, Neon, trading as "Neon's Cheap Editing" ("Neon", "I", "me"). I edit Gorilla Tag videos (YouTube Shorts and TikToks) for customers ("you"). You can reach me at NeonGorillaTag@gmail.com or on Discord (Neon.Saber). I'm in the Eastern time zone.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By clicking "Enter" on the welcome screen, using this site, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, my Privacy Policy and my Cookie Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

3. Who can use it

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this site.
• If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to place an order, and the person paying must be allowed to use the payment method.
• You must give a real email address I can reach, because that is where your video is sent.

4. Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on the site and again at checkout.
• You pay through Stripe or PayPal on their own secure pages. I never see or store your card number or PayPal login.
• An order only goes through after the payment provider confirms your payment. If the payment is declined or doesn't finish, no order is placed.
• Your payment provider may add its own fees, currency conversion or taxes. Those are set by them, not me.
• I can change prices at any time, but never for an order that is already confirmed.

5. What you send me

You send a link to your clips and a short description of what you want. You promise that:

• You own the footage, or you have permission to use it and to have it edited.
• If you ask for music, sounds or images, you have the right to use them. Copyright claims, strikes, muted audio or demonetization on YouTube, TikTok or anywhere else are your responsibility.
• Your clips and description don't contain anything illegal, hateful, sexual, threatening or harassing, and don't show private information about other people.
• Your link stays working until I have delivered your video.

I can refuse or stop any order for any reason, for example if the content breaks these rules. If I refuse an order you already paid for, you get a full refund.

6. Delivery and changes

• When your payment is confirmed, I email you an order confirmation with your order details (check spam if you don't see it). I send the finished video to the email you gave (and to Discord if you gave a username). Any timing I mention is an estimate, not a promise.
• If you want changes to the video you ordered, message me on Discord and I'll fix them. Fixes are for the order you paid for. Extra videos or a whole new idea count as a new order.
• I edit what you send me. Results depend on the quality of your clips. I can't promise a particular result, number of views, followers or earnings.

7. Refunds

• If I haven't started on your order, ask and you get a full refund.
• If I have started, I'll look at it fairly. You may get a partial refund depending on how much work is done.
• If I can't deliver your order, you get a full refund.
• To ask for a refund, email me or message me on Discord with your order id. Please contact me before opening a payment dispute so I can sort it out quickly.

8. Who owns what

• You keep ownership of your footage and of the finished video. You give me permission to use your footage only to make your video, and to keep working files for a while so I can make fixes.
• I won't post your finished video as an example of my work without asking you first.
• The site itself (design, text, code, graphics and sounds) belongs to Neon or its licensors. Please don't copy it.

9. Not affiliated

Neon's Cheap Editing is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Another Axiom, Gorilla Tag, YouTube, TikTok, Google, Stripe, PayPal or Discord. Those names and logos belong to their owners. Their own rules (like game, video platform and music rules) apply to what you post.

10. Using the site properly

Please don't spam the order form, use bots, try to break or hack the site, scrape it, or send false or harmful content. I can block anyone who does.

11. Links and embeds

The site links to and can embed other sites (YouTube, TikTok, Stripe, PayPal, file-sharing sites you choose). I don't control them and aren't responsible for them. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

12. No guarantees, and limits on liability

• The site and service are provided "as is" and "as available". I try hard, but I don't promise the site will always work or be error-free.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost views, followers, revenue or opportunities, or for problems caused by other platforms or services.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that can't be limited.

13. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms and the date at the top will change. If the change is important, I'll ask you to agree again when you next enter the site. Orders already confirmed stay under the terms they were placed under.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Neon is based. I'd always rather talk it out first, so please contact me before taking any formal step.

2. What I collect

What you give me when you order:

• Your name and email address.
• Your Discord username, if you add one.
• The link to your clips, and what you wrote about the video you want.
• What you picked (package, number of videos, platform, extras, style).
• An order id, the time of the order, and whether the payment was confirmed.

What happens automatically:

• Your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to stop spam and abuse of the order form. It isn't saved with your order.
• Your browser stores a few small settings on your own device (see the Cookie Policy).

What I don't collect: your card number, bank details or PayPal login. You enter those on Stripe's or PayPal's own pages. I only get confirmation that a payment happened and its amount.

3. Why I use it

• To make your video and send it to you.
• To confirm your payment and match it to your order.
• To email you an order confirmation once your payment is confirmed, and to email you your finished video. I don't send marketing emails.
• To answer questions, make fixes, and handle refunds.
• To keep the site safe and stop spam and fraud.
• To keep basic records of orders.

If you live somewhere that requires a legal reason (like the EU or UK), mine are: carrying out your order (contract), keeping the site safe and keeping records (legitimate interests), and your choice for optional embeds (consent).

4. Who I share it with

• Stripe and PayPal process your payment. They get what you enter on their pages and have their own privacy policies.
• Email and chat services (such as Gmail and Discord) are used to send your order confirmation and your video, and to talk with you. Your email address, name and order details go through my email provider to do that.
• YouTube and TikTok only if you choose "accept all" cookies and then play or load their embedded content. They can then collect information, such as your IP address, under their own policies. If you choose "essential only", I don't load their embeds or thumbnails.
• The file site you pick (Google Drive, Dropbox, MEGA and similar) holds your clips. That is between you and them.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

I do not sell your personal information, and I don't share it for advertising.

5. How long I keep it

I keep order details for as long as needed to deliver the order, make fixes, handle refunds or disputes, and keep basic business records. After that I delete them. I delete your clips and working files after your order is finished and any fixes are done.

6. Your choices and rights

• Ask what I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, by emailing NeonGorillaTag@gmail.com. I'll reply as quickly as I can, usually within 30 days. I may need to keep some records the law requires.
• Change your cookie choice any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
• Remove what's stored on your device: use "Forget me on this device" on the order page, or clear this site's data in your browser.
• If you're in the EU, UK or California (or somewhere with similar laws), you may also have rights to object, restrict, move your data or complain to your local privacy authority. I don't sell or share personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of there.

7. Children

Many Gorilla Tag players are young, so I want to be clear. You must be 13 or older to use this site. I don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, please get a parent or guardian's permission before you order. If you think a child under 13 sent me information, email me and I'll delete it.

8. Security

Payments happen on Stripe's and PayPal's secure pages, and private settings and keys stay on the server, never in your browser. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send me anything you wouldn't want shared (like passwords or ID numbers).

9. Where information is processed

Neon is based in the United States, so information may be processed and stored there, and by the services listed above, which may use servers in other countries.

10. Changes

If I change this policy, the date at the top changes. For important changes I'll ask you to agree again the next time you enter the site.

The short version: this site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies and has no analytics. It stores a few settings in your browser so the site works. YouTube and TikTok videos only load if you choose "accept all".

1. What are cookies?

Cookies and similar tools (like "local storage") are small bits of data a website saves in your browser. This page covers both.

2. Essential storage (always on)

These keep the site working. They stay on your device and are not used to track you.

3. Embedded media (only if you accept all)

If you choose "accept all", the site loads video thumbnails and players from YouTube (I use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com player) and the profile embed from TikTok. Those companies can set their own cookies and collect information under their own policies:

• Google / YouTube privacy policy
• TikTok privacy policy

If you choose "essential only", none of that loads. Video buttons simply open YouTube or TikTok in a new tab instead.

4. Payment pages

When you pay, you leave this site for Stripe or PayPal. They use their own cookies on their own pages, which I don't control. See their policies for details.

5. No advertising or analytics

I don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools on this site.

6. Your choices

• Pick "accept all" or "essential only" on the welcome screen.
• Change your mind any time with Cookie settings (also at the bottom of every page). Changing it reloads the page.
• Clear everything in your browser's settings under site data. The site will ask you again next visit.
